5 tips to avoid the plague (and other diseases)

  1. Of course, cleanliness is imperative. Washing your hands regularly, especially before eating, is a good way to kill any bugs on your hands. Washing, with soap, for 20 seconds and covering all your hand is the way to kill all the bacteria.
  2. Avoid touching your eyes or mouth during the day. Touching your face is the most likely way to ingest harmful bacteria so avoid it until you have washed your hands.
  3. Avoid sick people at all costs. The most likely place to pick up a disease is from sick people, so keep your distance.
  4. Drink plenty of water to keep your immune system hydrated. Taking vitamins is also a good way to keep your immune system at its best.
  5. Avoid harmful activities such as drinking or smoking as these can have harsh impacts on your immune system, lungs and liver. Overall, it’s just best not to do it.
