A good level of personal fitness will leave you looking better and feeling great, but with a diary dominated by meetings, overtime requirements and dates for highly calorific lunches, there's just no time to undertake that all important exercise. By the end of the day the will to exercise is decidedly secondary to the need for sleep and recuperation.
