Chiball
We have moved a long way from our natural state of being, which is one of peace, contentment and happiness. Exercise does not always succeed in achieving this. By practising the Chi Ball Method we can begin to experience this natural state of being as taught in Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Yoga.
The Chi Ball method aims to be a holistic approach to exercise which has at its core five main philosophies. The Chi Ball method strives to allow each person to develop his/her individual sense of well being, balance and self-awareness, which can help him or her lead a more satisfying way of life.
Building periods of rest and relaxation along with exercise into your daily life will help you to avoid ever becoming overtired, and allow every other part of your body and mind a better chance to stay healthy. As the body-mind link is one of integration, to be in harmony at the end of the day is how we should all be.
