Introduction to Healthy Living

This is a prerequisite for our other programmes.

Our basic Introduction to Healthy Living is a survey of the Principles of Health, Good Nutrition, Environment, Exercise and Stress Reduction. This is a practical workshop, filled with useful information that can be incorporated into daily life with great effect.
