Reducing Stress in Mind and Body
Stress is acknowledged as a component of most of today’s
illnesses. The good news is that there are abundant tools for
reducing and even eliminating stress that don’t cost money or
even a large investment of time.
This one day programme will introduce two important ways to
combat and reduce stress, relaxation and movement. We will
look at the simple ways in which emotional and physical stress
interact and introduce techniques to dissipate them. Practical
sessions will include physical exercises that can be done in the
workplace based on yoga and tai chi as well as visualization
techniques for use in the office that can be done any where.
