Creating a Healthy Home and Office Environment

Our health has a lot to do with the environment we inhabit. There are many things that we can do in our home, and offices as well as adaption of daily habits that can better serve our well-being.

In this workshop we will explore the ways in which management of daily tasks, office and home environments, hydration, exercise and sleep impact on our health and how to maximize our work and living environment. The workshop comes with written guidelines for weekly activities that serve health, healthy home hints and a list of practical and simple ways to improve sleep and rest.
